Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies for software functionality and quality compliance.
- Create and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, or equivalent technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on requirements, design discussions, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform root cause analysis, document defects, and work with developers to resolve quality issues.
- Participate in code reviews and promote code quality, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Implement or contribute to DevOps CI/CD testing pipelines and help reduce overall delivery lead time.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage risks and controls, and communicate technical information to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience developing or working with test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, or equivalent technology.
- Good knowledge of cloud platforms.
- Exposure to AI adoption capabilities.
- Strong experience with agile testing processes, test planning, execution, and delivery.
- Ability to implement testing within DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to investigate details, troubleshoot issues, and identify resolutions.
- Banking domain knowledge is valued.
- Ability to develop technical expertise, influence decisions, collaborate across functions, and guide or support team members.
