Responsibilities
- Orchestrate AI-native solution development from requirements through implementation and deployment.
- Lead architecture and technical design for complex, large-scale software components and services.
- Guide engineering teams through technical decisions, tradeoffs, and delivery planning.
- Write high-quality, maintainable software and ensure appropriate testing, monitoring, reliability, performance, and operational readiness.
- Mentor and coach engineers while strengthening engineering practices through design reviews and technical guidance.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience designing and building production software systems.
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems.
- Deep proficiency in at least one modern programming language and ability to design well-structured, testable software.
- Experience with system design, APIs, monitoring, reliability, and performance tuning.
- Ability to develop complete solutions using an AI-native approach from requirements through deployment.
- Preferred: experience leading technical initiatives end to end, cloud-based development, scalable service architecture, and mentoring engineers.
