Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and customize ServiceNow applications and ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Create Business Rules and Script Includes to automate processes and meet business requirements.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using SOAP, REST, and web services.
- Perform user and role administration, system maintenance, health checks, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
- Customize user interfaces, forms, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data analysis products.
- Participate in technical reviews, postmortems, software testing processes, and continual process improvement.
- Lead customer demos, contribute to whitepapers and design documents, manage deliverables, and shape technical standards.
- Mentor junior team members, lead knowledge-sharing activities, and support innovation projects and technology pilots.
Requirements
- Technical training, certification(s), or a degree.
- At least 5 years of related experience.
- Expertise developing and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules, especially ITSM.
- Proficiency with SOAP, REST, web services, and creating and consuming integrations.
- Strong scripting ability in at least one language, preferably JavaScript.
- Knowledge of Import Sets, Transform Maps, and the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Ability to analyze requirements, troubleshoot issues, debug systems, document functionality, and align solutions with customer value streams.
- Ability to communicate as a high-level technical authority, influence stakeholders, negotiate with technical and non-technical audiences, and manage customer interactions.
- Ability to drive methodology changes, resolve process issues, learn new technologies, and work in a rapid software development environment.
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification.
- U.S. citizenship is not required and no security clearance is required.
