Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions aligned with business needs.
- Oversee SFDC application customization and development.
- Use OmniStudio and Salesforce Lightning to improve processes, user experience, and interfaces.
- Manage SFDC integration and configuration across platforms.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and maintain solution documentation.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, gather feedback, and facilitate workshops and training.
- Deliver solutions that enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in SFDC development and customization.
- Proficiency in OmniStudio and SFDC Lightning.
- Strong background in SFDC integration and configuration.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience with Asset Management Operations and Cards & Payments is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, collaboration, and communication skills.
