Responsibilities
- Architect, implement, and deploy connector features end to end.
- Build integrations with workplace tools, enterprise systems, finance accounts, and third-party MCP plugins.
- Implement OAuth sign-in, token handling, tool schemas, and reliable connector behavior.
- Build cards and approval flows for web, desktop, and mobile experiences.
- Improve concurrency, retries, rate-limit handling, observability, and tool-call error rates.
- Generate tool definitions from published API specifications and improve argument mapping and batch tools.
- Launch partner connectors, troubleshoot OAuth metadata, and track rollout and adoption metrics.
- Support enterprise and single-tenant deployments, including custom certificate authorities, Entra Conditional Access, admin controls, and compliance reviews.
- Work directly with customers, partners, QA, and support.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit and interest in creating significant business impact.
- Deep practical knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and OIDC and large provider APIs such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Graph, or willingness to become an expert.
- Strong TypeScript skills and comfort shipping across backend services and client UI in a large codebase.
- Ability to use logs and metrics to measure user impact, error rates, and the results of fixes.
- Strong focus on reliability, including concurrency, retries, rate limits, observability, and root-cause resolution.
- Ability to work with customers, partners, QA, and support and communicate clearly about security reviews.
- Bonus experience with the MCP protocol, Rust, Kubernetes, multi-cloud deployments, enterprise security and compliance, ZDR, audit logs, Conditional Access, or LLM agents for automation.
