Base Salary
$153k - $204k/yr
Responsibilities
- Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship new analysis workflows.
- Design frontend experiences alongside backend schemas and APIs.
- Implement end-to-end features, modifying logging formats and data access patterns.
- Make decisions on data storage, querying, and rendering for analytical needs.
- Collaborate with product, design, and customer teams to validate ideas.
- Enhance reliability, performance, and scalability for large datasets.
- Contribute clean, testable, and reusable code and participate in code reviews.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in building user-facing software with a focus on frontend development.
- Comfortable working across the stack, including backend services and APIs.
- Experience in ambiguous problem spaces with evolving requirements.
- Strong product instincts linking user goals to technical design.
- Familiarity with modern web technologies like React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and experience with a backend language.
- Bias toward action and learning through building, avoiding early over-engineering.
