Responsibilities
- Architect workflows utilizing AI/ML to process healthcare data.
- Lead integration and rollout of the Onos platform for enterprise customers.
- Own end-to-end development of new features, including requirements gathering and testing.
- Establish engineering best practices and technical foundations.
- Shape the technical roadmap and influence product strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building software applications.
- Prior experience leading engineering teams as a tech lead or engineering manager.
- Strong product sense and system design skills.
- Customer-obsessed with a motivation to impact healthcare.
- Hands-on technical leader capable of architecting robust systems.
