Responsibilities

- Create and scale autonomous cloud agents for complex engineering tasks.
- Develop IDE, editor, and CLI integrations for intuitive AI-assisted development.
- Create reusable agent skills and tools for cross-team use.
- Enhance AI-assisted code review workflows for faster feedback.
- Drive adoption of AI developer tools through usability improvements and documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience working in large codebases.
- Experience in building developer tools, internal platforms, or workflow automation.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools or coding agents.
- Experience in building evaluation and quality frameworks for AI outputs.
- Strong technical judgment and systems design skills.
- Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
