Base Salary
$180k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents that generate interfaces and client-side features at scale.
- Create validation systems to catch bugs and poor user experiences before launch.
- Develop online and offline evaluation systems for generated outputs.
- Build monitoring systems to detect issues and regressions post-rollout.
- Improve orchestration between generation, QA, rollout, and learning loops.
- Turn manual workflows into scalable and reliable agents.
- Engage with technical and non-technical teams to gather feedback and drive improvements.
Requirements
- Experience building production AI systems, agent workflows, and LLM pipelines.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with the ability to ship reliable non-deterministic systems.
- Familiarity with LLMs, tool use, evaluation systems, and parallel execution.
- Strong web experience and a good product sense for quality outputs.
- Ability to communicate with customers and non-technical partners to convert requirements into technologies and processes.
