Base Salary
$180k - $500k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build AI agents that generate interfaces, client-side features, and other experiences at scale
- Create validation systems to catch bugs, off-brand outputs, and poor user experiences before launch
- Build online and offline evaluation systems for generated outputs
- Build monitoring systems that detect issues and regressions after rollout
- Improve orchestration across generation, quality assurance, rollout, and learning loops
- Convert manual workflows into scalable and reliable agents
- Gather qualitative feedback and translate it into metrics and product improvements
Requirements
- Experience building production AI systems, agent workflows, or LLM pipelines
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and the ability to ship reliable non-deterministic systems
- Experience with LLMs, tool use, evaluation systems, and parallel execution
- Strong web experience and product judgment for evaluating output quality
- Ability to communicate with customers and technical and non-technical partners and translate requirements into technologies and processes
