Base Salary
$140k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Run end-to-end experiments in 1–2 week cycles, from prototyping through shipping to real customers and learning from results.
- Work directly with operators across agriculture, construction, trucking, and other industries to identify and ground experiments in real problems.
- Build the evaluation framework that enables rapid experimentation with confidence.
- Share learnings through internal demos and external write-ups.
- Help determine which experiments are worth scaling and where the team should invest.
Requirements
- Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features to real users rather than only demos or internal tools.
- Comfort working across frontend, APIs, prompts, and evaluations.
- Experience building 0-to-1 products and making strategic decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Track record of self-direction and identifying important problems independently.
- Strong internal and external writing and communication skills.
- Portfolio of side projects, open-source work, or similar projects demonstrating idea generation and execution.
- Demonstrated curiosity or meaningful engagement with underserved industries.
