Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Run experiments end to end in 1-2 week cycles.
- Work directly with operators across various industries to ground experiments in real problems.
- Build the evaluation framework to enable rapid and confident decision-making.
- Share insights through internal demos and external write-ups.
- Determine which projects are worth scaling based on customer feedback.
Requirements
- Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered features to real users.
- Comfortable across the stack: frontend, API, prompts, and evaluations.
- Experience building 0-to-1 products and navigating ambiguity.
- Proven track record of self-direction and problem identification.
- Strong writing skills for internal and external communication.
- Portfolio showcasing side projects or open source work related to AI or underserved industries.
