Responsibilities
- Use consultative engagement to identify customer challenges and business requirements and propose suitable BeyondTrust solutions.
- Deliver presentations, product demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept that communicate technical and business value.
- Guide customers through their buying journeys and align recommendations with strategic priorities and business outcomes.
- Develop technical relationships and champions among existing customers through quarterly technical reviews.
- Collaborate with solutions architecture, customer success, professional services, product management, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Maintain expertise in the BeyondTrust portfolio, partner ecosystem, competitive landscape, industry trends, emerging technologies, and security threats.
- Deliver tailored solutions that support customer satisfaction, adoption, expansion, and sales objectives.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer in an identity security-related field.
- Understanding of identity, IT operations, security, and cloud platform concepts.
- Experience aligning technical capabilities with desired outcomes for large enterprise customers.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Ability to build strong relationships with geographically dispersed colleagues and customers.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
- Knowledge of privileged access management and experience with BeyondTrust or similar security solutions are preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
