Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements and corporate strategies into scalable, governed AI solutions and enterprise architecture roadmaps.
  • Define AI deployment standards, reusable design patterns, governance requirements, security guardrails, and operational models.
  • Design and guide implementation of GenAI solutions using large language models, agent-based architectures, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
  • Lead architecture and delivery reviews to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Act as a technical product owner for the Microsoft AI ecosystem and drive foundational platform capabilities.
  • Define standards for the agentic development lifecycle and deployment of agents on SaaS and on-premises infrastructure.
  • Provide enterprise architecture guidance covering application and integration, data, technology, and security architecture.
  • Direct baseline, target, roadmap, and transition planning while maintaining stakeholder relationships and addressing complex architecture issues.
  • Build and maintain the architecture portfolio, translating business strategies into IT investments.
  • Champion agentic AI, LLM-powered tooling, and responsible AI principles including transparency, governance, security, and data privacy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an individual contributor leading teams in the design and implementation of application and integration, data, technology, and/or security architecture.
  • Deep expertise in Azure, Microsoft 365, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform.
  • Hands-on experience designing and implementing GenAI solutions using large language models, agent-based architectures, orchestration frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
  • Experience leading both enterprise architecture and product ownership functions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of AI platform governance, security, operational considerations, and scalable production-ready solution design.
  • Healthcare or regulated-industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must be available to work Eastern Time Zone business hours and attend the final interview on-site in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
