Responsibilities
- Contribute design skills and technical expertise to collaborative projects.
- Engage in the entire software development process from requirements to implementation.
- Impact the tech stack using modern front-end frameworks and AWS services.
- Create developer-based automation for scalable, high-quality applications.
- Coach and mentor product engineers to deliver secure enterprise applications.
- Think creatively and communicate effectively throughout the development process.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years in a software engineering position with a focus on high performance.
- 6+ years of backend or fullstack development experience using Java/Kotlin.
- Experience in electronic trading, order management, or investment banking.
- Understanding of automated testing at all levels.
- Experience building cloud-native applications on AWS/Azure/Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with web front-end technologies like React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term goals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
