Responsibilities
- Lead technical demos, pilots, and envisioning sessions for Copilot and AI Agents.
- Own technical win strategies for qualified opportunities and document close and consumption plans in MSX.
- Collaborate with partners and Customer Success to support handoffs and accelerate customer adoption.
- Remove technical blockers and support competitive opportunities by communicating Microsoft’s differentiation.
- Maintain deal hygiene and partner attach for qualified opportunities.
- Complete L200 consultative and L400 technical certifications and share quarterly deal insights.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 3+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience, or a bachelor’s degree plus 4+ years, or 5+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
- Preferred: 6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
- Preferred: 4+ years working with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, or technology management.
- Relevant certifications or experience in Office 365, Power BI, Azure architecture and development, cloud platforms, information security, or architecture are preferred.
- Experience delivering demos, pilots, and technical presentations for Microsoft 365 Copilot and related AI solutions.
- Ability to independently manage customer-engagement technical work and document technical close plans.
- Familiarity with partner co-sell motions and CRM tools such as MSX.

- Typical base pay range of CAD 96,000 to CAD 177,600 per year in Canada.
