Base Salary

$169k - $232k/yr

Responsibilities

Own architectural direction and long-term system health for the AI platform across multiple business functions.
Define and evolve data and AI platform architecture, including data processing pipelines, integration layers, and real-time account intelligence services.
Establish AI governance standards for evaluation, observability, performance, cost management, auditability, and trustworthiness.
Contribute high-leverage code, mentor engineers, and raise engineering and execution standards across the organization.
Own the Golden Record strategy and durable data modeling standards for account intelligence across the revenue lifecycle.
Anticipate scaling and structural risks and guide deliberate, iterative modernization before issues affect users.
Ensure the platform scales across use cases without regressions, outages, or loss of data fidelity.
Build abstractions, boundaries, and interfaces that enable engineers to deliver safely and sustainably.

6–8+ years of software engineering experience with a proven record of owning complex system architectures.
Deep expertise building secure, scalable enterprise platforms and strictly idempotent APIs for high-throughput distributed systems.
Strong focus on system reliability, observability, and engineering excellence.
Ability to communicate complex architectural decisions to technical teams and executive leadership.
Experience leading or mentoring engineering teams through rapid scaling phases.
Fluency in Python and modern cloud infrastructure, including AWS and PostgreSQL.
Strong systems thinking and the ability to balance speed with maintainability.
Experience building AI/ML platforms or real-time business insights is preferred.
Revenue technology, CRM platform, or enterprise GTM systems experience is preferred.
Experience with data governance, validation, monitoring frameworks, AI evaluation frameworks, and quality assurance for LLM-powered outputs is preferred.

Base pay is listed as $168,560.00–$231,770.00 USD annually.
The role may also be eligible for equity compensation and/or bonus incentive compensation.
