Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions.
- Develop and enhance SFRA storefront functionality, controllers, models, and business logic.
- Build and support OCAPI, SCAPI, REST API, and third-party integrations.
- Develop and maintain SFCC Jobs Framework and Service Framework implementations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production defects, application issues, and integration failures.
- Support deployment, release validation, post-release activities, and application performance optimization.
- Participate in code reviews, solution design discussions, technical recommendations, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to junior developers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on features, enhancements, defect fixes, and platform modernization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Salesforce Commerce Cloud development experience.
- Strong experience with SFRA architecture, storefront development, and Salesforce Commerce Cloud Business Manager.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Controllers, ISML, and SFCC development best practices.
- Experience with OCAPI, SCAPI, REST APIs, web services, integration patterns, Service Framework, and Jobs Framework.
- Experience with multi-site and multi-locale eCommerce implementations.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Salesforce B2C Commerce Developer Certification.
- Experience with Git, OMS integrations, payment integrations, search and merchandising platforms, and analytics and tagging platforms.
- Exposure to SCAPI-based and API-first commerce implementations.
- Experience with fraud prevention, tax, shipping and fulfillment, customer experience, review platforms, retail, or omnichannel commerce is beneficial.
