Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom AEM components, templates, dialogs, schedulers, workflows, and OSGi services.
- Build multisite, multilingual, and multichannel publishing solutions using AEM WCM, DAM, and MSM.
- Guide AEM as a Cloud Service migration efforts and configure Dispatcher and deployment pipelines.
- Integrate AEM with CRM, analytics platforms, enterprise services, and headless content APIs.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development best practices, and mentor junior-to-mid-level developers.
- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance, caching strategies, and security compliance.
- Use AI agents and code assistants to improve software development productivity.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and translate business requirements into technical execution plans and estimates.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of total software development experience.
- Three to five years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.x and AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Deep knowledge of Apache Sling, Apache Felix, OSGi, JCR, and CRX.
- Proficiency with Touch UI, Granite UI, HTL, and Sling Models.
- Experience configuring Dispatchers, replication agents, and Cloud Manager pipelines.
- Advanced proficiency in Core Java/J2EE and enterprise design patterns.
- Front-end experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SCSS, Tailwind CSS, and responsive frameworks such as Bootstrap, React, or Vue.
- Experience with Maven, Webpack, Babel, Git, Jenkins, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
- Familiarity with JUnit and Mockito.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum development environments and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adobe AEM certification, headless content delivery experience, and Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or Adobe Campaign experience are preferred.
