Responsibilities
- Qualify new sales opportunities by understanding customer requirements and converting them to Cresta technical requirements.
- Partner with Sales Directors to discover and understand the prospect's situation and challenges.
- Lead discovery calls with prospective customers and internal teams to build and deliver product demos.
- Provide insights and learnings to prospects from your experience in improving contact center operations.
- Drive adoption during proof of values by training managers and users on the Cresta solution.
- Translate prospect use cases into technical solutions and demonstrate the path to ROI.
- Deliver captivating product demos highlighting value propositions.
- Run ROI workshops to translate solutions into financial business case proposals.
- Provide feedback to product management about successes and failures in the field.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with 1-3 years in a technical pre-sales role selling to large enterprises.
- Hands-on experience with Conversational AI.
- Highly organized with an impeccable work ethic.
- Desire to meticulously prepare presentations and demos.
- Energy, enthusiasm, and thoughtfulness in all tasks.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and explain solutions in business terms.
- Natural problem-solver and resourceful in driving opportunities to closure.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.com and contact center technologies is a plus.
- Embodiment of Cresta's core Operating Principles.
