Responsibilities
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across multiple components of critical business systems.
- Monitor applications, identify system anomalies, and provide timely solutions to maintain stability and performance.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical and operational decisions.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and address system issues effectively.
- Support master data management solutions and help ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Mentor junior team members and document incidents and resolutions for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Informatica MDM is required.
- Strong proficiency in Informatica MDM and SQL scripting is required.
- Strong analytical skills for diagnosing and resolving complex enterprise software issues are required.
- Familiarity with data integration, data quality, and data governance concepts related to master data management is required.
- Experience with Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL) is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
