Base Salary
$175k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable backend services.
- Own major product surfaces from architecture through production.
- Improve reliability, performance, and developer experience.
- Work directly with customers to understand pain points.
- Build enterprise-grade features across the web application, model and fine-tuning orchestration, billing, accounts, access controls, governance, APIs, and developer tooling.
- Use AI tooling aggressively to automate work.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience helping humans solve real problems.
- At least two years of experience working with AI, including agents, bots, chats, or applications built on models.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both humans and AI systems.
- Interest in building real products, driving cross-team initiatives, and taking ownership of outcomes.
- Ability to reason about systems, tradeoffs, business impact, developer experience, and clean abstractions.
