Responsibilities
- Design and develop real-time distributed software for inventory induction and customer order fulfillment.
- Build responsive, accessible, reusable UI components and modules across web, desktop, and mobile applications.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services using REST APIs, RabbitMQ, and SignalR.
- Write maintainable production-quality code and contribute to unit, component, and end-to-end test coverage.
- Optimize frontend performance, accessibility, user experience, internationalization, and localization.
- Participate in design, development, code review, testing, requirements refinement, and API contract definition.
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, DevOps, product management, and management teams.
- Maintain regular collaboration overlap from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
- Travel to client and customer locations as needed, up to 10%.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 to 8 years of professional experience developing software applications.
- At least 3 years of experience with HTML, CSS/SCSS, TypeScript, and a modern component framework, preferably Angular v15+ or React.
- Experience building responsive, reusable frontend components and integrating user interfaces with backend services.
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, real-time communication patterns, automated testing, and modern software engineering practices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to collaborate in cross-functional, internationally distributed teams.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to drive and/or fly to client and customer locations.
