Responsibilities
- Own frontend modules and user flows from technical breakdown through delivery and post-release support.
- Build and maintain React Native applications for iOS, Android, and Web.
- Design shared UI components, reusable business logic, frontend structures, and scalable state-management approaches.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and integration problems.
- Translate product and design requirements into technical solutions and lead implementation discussions within the assigned area.
- Ensure frontend code quality, stability, accessibility, performance, and maintainability.
- Collaborate with backend, design, QA, and product teams on feasible user-centered solutions.
- Support less experienced engineers through technical guidance, collaboration, and code review.
- Improve frontend patterns, engineering standards, and development workflows across the team.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional React Native experience.
- Experience shipping, maintaining, and improving production applications on iOS and Android.
- Strong understanding of React hooks, component lifecycle, rendering performance, memoization, and debugging workflows.
- Experience integrating APIs and handling asynchronous data.
- Experience owning production features or modules end to end.
- Ability to propose technical solutions and lead implementation conversations within a defined area.
- Ability to balance user experience, engineering quality, and delivery speed across functions.
- Preferred experience with ReactJS/Web, native mobile development using Java, Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C, large codebases, shared component systems, frontend testing strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools to explore solutions, debug, and learn unfamiliar areas.
