Base Salary
$88k - $150k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance SaaS web applications.
- Solve complex business challenges with software engineers, QA, and product owners while improving code quality, productivity, and technical practices.
- Contribute across the development lifecycle by translating user stories into solutions, writing clean code, and documenting technical specifications.
- Mentor teammates and promote coding, security, and development best practices.
- Support critical systems through an occasional off-hours on-call rotation every three to four months and participate in release deployments.
- Travel up to 15% for company events, workshops, and conferences.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Deep expertise in web application development using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, RESTful services, MS SQL Server/T-SQL, Pub/Sub, and object-oriented design.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud solutions, Kubernetes environments, and microservices architecture.
- Extensive experience developing high-volume, transactional SaaS web applications and tuning SQL Server performance.
- Strong expertise in T-SQL, SQL Server performance tuning, and Agile methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Preferred experience with .NET 8.0+, ASP.NET Web API, LINQ, Dapper, Test Driven Development, real-time financial systems, automated unit testing, and UML/use cases.
- A master's degree is preferred.
