Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and implement scalable ServiceNow HRSD and CSM solutions.
- Enhance Employee Center, Agent Workspace, Case Management, Catalog Items, Knowledge Bases, Record Producers, and Service Portals.
- Develop custom applications, integrations, APIs, workflows, and reusable ServiceNow platform components.
- Implement AI capabilities including Now Assist, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Agent Assist, and Generative AI features.
- Build integrations with HR, CRM, Identity Management, ERP, and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and Integration Hub.
- Perform technical analysis, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization across HRSD and CSM applications.
- Support platform upgrades, release management, testing, deployment, platform stability, and security.
- Contribute to solution design reviews, platform standards, technical documentation, governance, and stakeholder collaboration.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow HRSD and CSM modules and ServiceNow platform development.
- Hands-on experience with HR Case Management, Employee Center, Lifecycle Events, HR Knowledge Management, Customer Service Management, Case Routing, Knowledge Management, and Customer Workspaces.
- Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Catalog, Workspaces, and Service Portal.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Experience building integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, SSO/SAML, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience implementing AI-enabled solutions using Now Assist, AI Search, Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Agent Assist, or Generative AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, security, platform governance, performance optimization, and upgrade management.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
