Responsibilities
- Deliver Salesforce change requests end to end, including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce customizations across Sales Cloud and GTM-facing applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow Builder, and declarative tools.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
- Identify automation, configuration, self-service, and process-improvement opportunities.
- Support Salesforce governance through coding standards, documentation, code reviews, and deployment practices.
- Collaborate with global platform teams and stakeholders on backlog execution, planning, technical reviews, and platform strategy.
- Contribute to reusable components, delivery-process improvements, knowledge sharing, and Salesforce engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Flow Builder.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification or active pursuit of the certification.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and exposure to Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud/Pardot.
- Understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security models, sharing rules, governance, integration patterns, and deployment management.
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Named Credentials, Git-based version control, and Salesforce CI/CD practices using Salesforce DX, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
- Experience working with globally distributed teams and communicating technical concepts to technical and business audiences.
- Experience participating in Agile delivery environments and sprint-based execution models.
- Preferred qualifications include additional Salesforce certifications, experience with Traction Complete or Trigger Actions Framework, familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, marketing automation, e-commerce integrations, Jira, or Azure DevOps, and experience in manufacturing, industrial, or e-commerce environments.
