Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and recommend technical solutions.
- Design, develop, maintain, and support scalable full-stack applications using C#, .NET, React, and SQL Server.
- Guide client managers and technical teams on application design, technical solutions, and technology advancements.
- Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted development capabilities for coding, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.
- Design and implement basic AI-driven features, including chat-based interfaces and lightweight automation agents.
- Analyze application logs, monitor performance, and troubleshoot complex production issues across applications and infrastructure.
- Work proactively across technical and organizational boundaries to resolve critical issues.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of overall software development experience, including hands-on full-stack application development.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.
- Hands-on experience developing modern front-end applications with React.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server in on-premises and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Experience developing and supporting serverless solutions with Azure Functions.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and modern application development practices.
- Hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging, or troubleshooting.
- Experience analyzing application logs, monitoring performance, and resolving complex production issues.
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with chat-based interfaces, lightweight automation agents, AI-assisted development tools, technical design influence, or cross-application and infrastructure issue resolution is helpful.
