Base Salary
$50k - $70k/yr
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support production applications, APIs, worker services, background jobs, messaging topics, subscriptions, and dead-letter queues.
- Implement .NET application enhancements, resolve defects, and manage version upgrades.
- Manage and monitor Google Cloud Platform workloads and investigate traffic anomalies.
- Handle incident and change management through ITSM tools and resolve tickets promptly.
- Troubleshoot email delivery, database synchronization, service integration, and data consistency issues.
- Coordinate with database teams on SQL scripts, record reconciliation, and synchronization checks.
- Collaborate with application, product, QA, and deployment teams on releases and testing.
- Create and maintain documentation for automation tools, operational processes, fixes, and support procedures.
Requirements
- Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, Web APIs, Entity Framework, and MVC.
- Experience with cloud operations, preferably Google Cloud Platform; experience with other cloud platforms may be considered.
- Experience with messaging technologies including Pub/Sub, RabbitMQ, Service Bus, and ReBus.
- Experience with SQL; familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
- Experience with Docker is a plus.
- Experience using Postman, GitHub, ServiceNow, and Visual Studio or VS Code.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and attention-to-detail skills.
