Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate.
  • Build and support custom business applications using Power Apps.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure solutions.
  • Provide production support by identifying fixes or workarounds for defects.
  • Document processes, configurations, and best practices.
  • Help establish governance for the Automation Solutions team.
  • Maintain relationships with colleagues and recommend and implement enhancements to existing solutions.
  • Stay current with Power Platform updates and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience developing solutions with Power Platform tools, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Dataverse, connectors, data integration, database systems such as DB2, and data access methods such as SQL, ETL, and API.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, independence, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices is an asset.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications are an asset.
  • Experience with Logic Apps, UI flows, governance and security best practices in Power Platform, and cloud environments such as Azure is an asset.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript, PowerShell, or VBA is an asset.
  • Bilingualism in fluent French and English is an asset, but is required for Quebec positions.
  • Reliability Status Security Clearance is required as a condition of employment before access to Protected B information, assets, or work sites.
