Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Appian BPM applications and plugins.
- Configure, debug, and integrate forms, reports, underlying business logic, and interface components.
- Install and configure application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, and IIS.
- Work with relational databases and SQL scripting throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Define and document architecture for technology implementations using multiple architectural views.
- Translate business needs into solution architecture requirements.
- Support growth-related activities such as RFIs, RFPs, prototypes, and oral presentations when needed.
- Maintain certifications appropriate to the employee’s practice expertise.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required because of federal contract requirements.
- Must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
- Must reside in the United States and perform all work in the United States.
- At least five years of recent hands-on Appian BPM experience.
- At least five years of Appian plugin development experience.
- At least five years of experience with application servers such as JBoss, WebLogic, or IIS as part of installation.
- At least five years of experience configuring, debugging, and performing systems integration as a developer.
- At least five years of experience with relational databases and SQL scripting.
- At least five years of experience across all phases of software development for large-scale business-critical applications.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is desired.
- Appian Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 developer certification is preferred.
- Appian Tempo, Appian Sites, Java, Maven, federal software development, enterprise application integration, SOA, ESB, and n-tier client-server architecture experience are preferred.
- Strong analytical, technical, written and verbal communication, teamwork, facilitation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are expected.
