Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, debug, deploy, and maintain secure, high-quality web-based software solutions.
- Lead and perform hands-on Java and Java EE application development across the software development lifecycle.
- Build APIs, backend services, web services, microservices, API gateways, and database integrations.
- Analyze, review, and rewrite programs to improve operating efficiency and support new requirements.
- Perform code performance analysis, troubleshooting, debugging, and resolution of difficult technology problems.
- Collaborate with clients, customers, management, and cross-functional groups to resolve issues and manage scope changes.
- Work with cloud infrastructure, observability, security, identity management, caching, queuing, and CI/CD systems.
- Apply AI and AI pair-programming tools, and contribute to AI/ML solution design and related security practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 7 years of development experience with Java technologies.
- Experience as a Lead Developer and as a hands-on developer.
- Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring Security, ORM, and JDBC.
- Knowledge of Go, Node.js, and Python.
- Experience developing and deploying REST and SOAP web services, microservices, API gateways, and Docker services.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational, NoSQL, and big data database systems.
- Experience with logging, monitoring, code quality, code security, caching, queuing, source control, and CI/CD tools.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services.
- Experience with identity management and SSO systems, including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth technologies.
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript, Angular, and React.
- Experience with MCP, LLM, NLP, AI/ML development, machine learning frameworks, cloud AI services, and AI security frameworks.
- Experience in telecom or cable industry environments and high-volume, low-latency business-critical systems is preferred.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, independent-work, collaboration, and deadline-management skills.
