Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend features and services supporting inventory, availability, and reservation flows.
- Work across the full development lifecycle, including technical design, coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Debug production issues using logs, metrics, traces, and dashboards.
- Improve system reliability, correctness, and operational readiness.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and peer engineering teams to clarify requirements and make technical tradeoffs.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design documentation.
- Maintain and evolve a complex distributed backend platform supporting the reservation experience.
Requirements
- C# and .NET are required as the primary development technologies.
- Experience contributing to complex backend or distributed systems is required by the role’s responsibilities.
- Ability to work across coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Ability to troubleshoot production systems using observability data.
- Ability to collaborate through code reviews, design documents, and technical discussions.
