Responsibilities
- Architect and design intelligent, autonomous AI workflows using the Workato platform.
- Develop and deploy Agentic AI solutions leveraging Workato’s capabilities.
- Create techniques for large language models to author complex behaviors.
- Maintain scalable AI-powered IT workflows with agent-based decision-making.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients.
- Tailor AI solutions to meet specific client requirements.
- Monitor and improve AI system performance for efficiency.
- Communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for AI workflow integration.
- Ensure fault-tolerant and efficient AI-driven automation.
- Deliver custom product demonstrations for internal teams.
- Contribute to Workato’s knowledge base for process improvement.
- Prioritize outstanding customer service for Workato clients.
- Support product managers in creating technical specifications.
Requirements
- BTech/BE or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related field.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in design, development, and implementation.
- Proven experience in AI engineering focused on agent-based systems.
- Ability to design scalable AI-driven workflows for IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with integration projects and automation technologies.
- 5+ years with integration platforms like TIBCO, Dell Boomi, or MuleSoft is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, data structures, and databases.
- 2-3 years of coding experience in Java, Python, or Ruby.
- Understanding of technology trends in app integration.
- Experience with cloud business apps like Workday or Salesforce is a plus.
- Knowledge of microservices or API-based integration architecture is a plus.
