Responsibilities

Engage with Solutions Architect to understand Use Case Demand Plan for prioritized customers.
Lead the Post-Technical Win technical account strategy for strategic accounts.
Act as the accountable technical leader for specific Use Cases across multiple teams.
Serve as the first contact for technical issues related to production status.
Leverage resources to build tasks beyond your expertise.
Create and execute a point-of-view for accelerating key use cases into production.
Navigate Databricks Product and Engineering teams for innovations and upgrades.
Develop execution plans covering all customer-facing technical roles.

8+ years of experience in technical project delivery within Data and AI.
Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
Experience in technical program or project management.
Proven track record of resolving complex escalations with senior executives.
Experience in conducting discovery workshops and managing complex projects.
