Responsibilities

Collaborate with solution architects to understand demand planning for key customer use cases.
Lead account strategy and execution plans post-technical win for major use cases.
Act as the technical lead for specific use cases and customers, driving onboarding and success.
Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues related to customer use cases.
Coordinate with internal experts to delegate tasks beyond your expertise.
Develop execution plans covering all technical roles and teams interacting with customers.
Report on KPIs related to customer status and usage to the Technical GM.

Over 8 years of experience in delivering technical projects in data and AI.
Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
Experience in pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting.
Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
Ability to connect business value with specific project deliverables.
Experience in technical program or project management, including stakeholder management.
Experience resolving complex escalations with senior executives.
Experience in conducting discovery workshops and creating strategic roadmaps.
Proven track record of achieving goals and quotas.
