Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-driven applications aligned with organizational objectives.
- Develop and deploy generative AI solutions using large language models in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Optimize AI models and applications for scalability, efficiency, and production readiness.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, contribute to team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to performance and delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and real-world applications.
- Experience developing and deploying generative AI models in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network design principles.
- Preferred experience with Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform and prompt engineering.
- Ability to optimize AI models for scalability, efficiency, and production readiness.
