Responsibilities
- Identify, scope, and ship impactful changes across mobile, web, services, and data layers.
- Architect long-lasting systems that ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Lead technical design reviews, considering trade-offs in code, product impact, and operational cost.
- Drive operational maturity in release management, observability, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and engineering leaders to shape development priorities.
- Set technical standards by example, creating prototypes and teaching best practices.
- Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to engineers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software experience with a hands-on coding background.
- Deep knowledge of the mobile app ecosystem, particularly iOS and/or Android.
- Experience in web frontend, backend services, data/infra, or platform tooling.
- Strong product judgment with the ability to defend decisions with evidence.
- Comfortable troubleshooting production issues across various stacks.
- Excellent collaboration skills that enhance team performance.
