Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design complex enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle.
- Define application and data architectures optimized for performance, resilience, security, and maintainability.
- Guide teams on implementation patterns, coding standards, solution designs, and technical specifications.
- Create reusable components and reference implementations for Oracle data models, APIs, and microservices.
- Tune Java applications, Oracle databases, queries, and transaction flows.
- Drive cloud-friendly, container-ready, and modern integration patterns.
- Document architectures and diagrams for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor engineers and architects and coordinate with infrastructure and operations teams on deployment and monitoring.
Requirements
- 15+ years of hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot, and Oracle in enterprise-scale applications.
- Strong proficiency in object-oriented design, design patterns, and microservice architectures.
- Proven expertise in performance tuning for Java applications and Oracle databases.
- Familiarity with secure coding practices and application security principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization tools, and modern deployment pipelines is preferred.
- Exposure to front-end or API gateway technologies is preferred.
- Knowledge of hybrid work models, distributed teams, and strong communication skills is preferred.
