Responsibilities

Work directly with customers in factories, dispatch rooms, and other operational environments.
Bridge frontier AI research and tangible physical impact for critical industries.
Automate customer communications with LLMs and help customers improve fleet operations.
Identify high-value customer problems and determine effective technical approaches.
Design and rapidly iterate on customer feedback loops to drive adoption.
Travel frequently to witness and support technical deployments firsthand.

Passion for the impact of AI systems and traditionally overlooked industries such as manufacturing and logistics.
Ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
Ability to identify the highest-value problems to solve among many possible approaches.
Ability to design and rapidly iterate on strong customer feedback loops while prioritizing adoption.
Ability and desire to travel often and observe technical deployments onsite.
Strong coding ability in Python, SQL, and JavaScript; Go and C# are nice to have.
