Responsibilities
- Define the architecture of new product innovations in collaboration with Product Management and other architects.
- Design integrations between microservices/systems across the NICE product portfolio.
- Choose the right patterns, frameworks, and technologies, especially within the AWS ecosystem.
- Set the technical direction end-to-end and work closely with development teams.
- Propose long-term improvements to system quality and architecture.
- Act as a technology evangelist within the organization, sharing best practices and driving improvement.
- Work mainly with PHP and JavaScript.
- Contribute to the adoption of AI within products and internal processes.
- Collaborate with a global network of architects and engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in PHP and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with AWS services such as ECS, EKS, EC2, SQS, Kinesis, and Lambda.
- Experience with OpenSearch.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD), clean architecture, and microservices.
