Responsibilities
- Identify high-impact UniFi Fabric opportunities across identity, administration, MSP, Zero Trust, provisioning, and orchestration.
- Translate ambiguous workflow problems into product specifications, UX or wireframe proposals, technical designs, prototypes, and production-ready features.
- Build and ship end-to-end frontend, backend, API, cloud infrastructure, identity, permissions, provisioning, orchestration, observability, and administration capabilities.
- Use Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and similar AI coding agents for implementation, testing, refactoring, documentation, debugging, and iteration.
- Collaborate with product, design, frontend, mobile, cloud, identity, security, QA/AQA, and DevOps teams.
- Ensure systems are secure, reliable, scalable, maintainable, cloud-native, and operationally ready.
- Improve agentic engineering workflows involving specifications, AI-assisted coding, test generation, code review, and release readiness.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering experience in backend, cloud, platform, full-stack, or product engineering.
- Ability to build and ship production software using Golang, TypeScript, Python, or similar modern languages.
- Strong product taste and UX judgment, including the ability to simplify complex workflows and propose practical wireframes.
- Experience designing and implementing APIs, backend services, data models, integrations, distributed systems, cloud-native applications, or workflow migrations.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, debugging, security, and production operations.
- Proficiency with AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent AI coding agents.
- Experience with spec-driven development, prompt/context engineering, agentic coding, AI-assisted testing, debugging, and code review.
- Preferred experience with enterprise software, cloud platforms, identity systems, admin consoles, MSP workflows, Zero Trust products, developer tools, or internal productivity tools.
- Preferred familiarity with AWS, containers, serverless architecture, event-driven systems, RDBMS, NoSQL, or message queues.
- Preferred knowledge of IAM, OAuth2, OIDC, SSO, RBAC, audit logs, compliance, Zero Trust, provisioning, orchestration, and secure enterprise workflows.
- Founder, early startup engineer, product engineer, or 0-to-1 builder experience is preferred.
