Base Salary

$120k - $200k/yr

Responsibilities

Build end-to-end customer-facing product features, including domain models, business logic, and API integrations.
Deliver incremental product releases guided by data and product milestones.
Use SQL and analytics tools to assess product and system performance.
Debug event-driven distributed systems and complex state machines to support reliable customer experiences.
Own production implementations, ship through CI/CD, and respond to incidents as needed.

At least 3 years of experience building backend features end to end for production systems, including meaningful early-stage startup experience.
Proficiency designing and consuming REST APIs, including authentication, authorization, and rate limiting.
Experience with event-driven architectures, message queues such as Kafka or Pub/Sub, and distributed-systems debugging.
Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including data modeling and query optimization.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and code review.
Experience writing SQL and using analytics tools to assess product and system performance.
Experience building consumer-facing products and strong computer science fundamentals.
Go experience on GCP and fintech or other data-intensive, high-velocity experience are valuable.
