Responsibilities
- Position Neural Concept as a strategic engineering partner and trusted advisor across client engineering organizations.
- Lead discovery sessions, identify high-impact use cases, and frame technically feasible and commercially grounded solutions.
- Define account-specific AI strategies and technical roadmaps.
- Create and deliver client-tailored demonstrations and presentations based on engineering workflows.
- Create and co-own Statements of Work with a detailed understanding of the required technical building blocks.
- Prepare and run steering committees that connect engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
- Drive user adoption and engagement across technical users, managers, and designers.
- Identify expansion opportunities and shape them into well-scoped proposals.
- Collaborate with Sales on deals, Forward Deployed Engineering on delivery transitions, and Product and R&D on roadmap insights.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or a similar discipline.
- Solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows and how AI can transform engineering processes.
- Client-facing experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, technical account management, or engineering consulting.
- Conceptual understanding of AI and machine learning applied to engineering.
- Working knowledge of Python and modern development practices, including the ability to create demos and prototypes with AI-assisted tools.
- Fluent English communication skills and the ability to lead executive and technical conversations.
- Preferred: hands-on simulation experience across CAD, post-processing, solvers, and workflow automation.
- Preferred: strong Python programming, data pipeline development, and experience with ML/DL model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Preferred: ability to conduct deep technical discovery of customer toolchains, data environments, and simulation setups.
- Preferred: experience building end-to-end engineering workflow demonstrations.
- Preferred: strategic or technical consulting experience, engineering software experience, ML/DL research or development, or CAE workflow automation experience.
