Responsibilities
- Position Neural Concept as a strategic partner and trusted advisor across engineering teams.
- Lead structured discovery sessions to identify impactful use cases.
- Define AI strategy and technical roadmap for each account.
- Create and deliver client-tailored demos and presentations.
- Co-own the Statement of Work with a deep understanding of technical requirements.
- Prepare and run Steering Committees to connect engineering challenges to strategic outcomes.
- Drive user adoption and engagement across various client roles.
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and shape proposals.
- Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to advance deals and inform product roadmap.
Requirements
- Hold an engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, automotive, industrial, or similar fields.
- Have a solid understanding of CAD and CAE workflows.
- Possess strong communication skills and the ability to earn client trust.
- Be proactive, commercially driven, and able to navigate ambiguous situations.
- Understand AI and machine learning concepts as applied to engineering.
- Have experience in a client-facing role such as pre-sales or technical account management.
- Be fluent in English.
