Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Workato integration workflows.
- Identify and implement integration enhancements with business teams.
- Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Workato.
- Create and manage Workato recipes, triggers, actions, and jobs.
- Integrate SaaS and on-premise applications using APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues.
- Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience designing, developing, and deploying integration solutions using Workato.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workato recipes, triggers, actions, and jobs.
- Expertise in API integrations and cloud applications such as Salesforce, Oracle, and Concur.
- Proficiency integrating SaaS and on-premise applications.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, webhooks, and other integration protocols.
- Experience with Snowflake and MuleSoft.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Workato Certification or another relevant integration certification is preferred.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum teams is preferred.
- Experience with Workato advanced mappings, custom connectors, and error handling is preferred.
