Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex architectures across Salesforce Clouds for client business processes.
- Lead developer teams and support the delivery of new Salesforce developments while ensuring quality and scalability.
- Propose integration models and customized technical features around Salesforce.
- Mentor developers and help build their expertise in Salesforce and the technical environment.
- Contribute to company intrapreneurship projects such as solidarity initiatives, events, and partnerships.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a Salesforce environment.
- Strong command of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce, Talend, and MuleSoft.
- Excellent knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
- Strong analytical ability and rigor in project delivery.
- Fluent English.
- Salesforce certifications are strongly recommended.
