Base Salary

$129k - $193k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement full-stack software solutions across the codebase.
  • Mentor the team and drive adoption of modern software engineering and delivery practices.
  • Guide technical teams and organizational transformation toward a modern execution model.
  • Analyze system architecture and contribute to design planning.
  • Collaborate with business leaders in marketing, HR, legal, and compliance.
  • Manage dependencies with vendors and internal engineering teams for software delivery.
  • Support software delivery practices including TDD, ATDD, stateless design, microservices, and containerization.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5–7 years of experience engineering software solutions.
  • At least 4 years of demonstrated experience leading modernized development teams at an enterprise level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience; advanced studies and degree preferred.
  • Highly proficient in full-stack development using React, JavaScript, Python, Java, and Angular.
  • Experience with AWS.
  • Experience with Jenkins, Cucumber, Atlassian Suite, Jira, Bitbucket, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, EKS, Docker, and OpenShift.
  • Ability to analyze system architecture and contribute to design planning.
  • Technical knowledge of communication channels, deliverability, and compliance.
  • Ability to manage delivery dependencies with vendors or internal engineering teams.
  • Collaborative attitude, innovative mindset, and thoughtful leadership.
