Responsibilities
- Build a system for analyzing and visualizing agent performance data.
- Enable agent developers to run A/B tests for data-driven decisions.
- Create an AI-powered data exploration tool called Explorer.
- Develop systems for proactively monitoring agents for defects or new patterns.
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on experience building production products and systems.
- Experience in building and shipping full-stack solutions.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Motivation and high-agency to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy culture.
