Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Build reporting and experimentation systems for analyzing and visualizing millions of agent-performance data points
- Enable agent developers to run A/B tests and make data-driven decisions about agent behavior
- Build Explorer, an AI-powered conversational-data exploration and clustering tool
- Develop proactive monitoring systems to detect agent defects and new patterns
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on experience building production products and systems
- Experience building and shipping full-stack solutions
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Passion for frontier AI products and motivation to drive outcomes in a high-autonomy environment
