Responsibilities
- Build and own full-stack solutions using .NET, ASP.NET Core, React, and Next.js.
- Design scalable, secure, resilient backend platforms, APIs, and services with strong domain modeling and performance optimization.
- Engineer modern front-end platforms using scalable component patterns, server-side rendering/static-site generation strategies, and performance optimization.
- Lead work across problem definition, architecture, delivery, deployment, observability, production support, and continuous improvement.
- Shape technical direction and platform roadmaps while partnering with engineers, architects, and product teams.
- Mentor engineers and uplift engineering capability in full-cycle engineering, modern architecture, and responsible AI adoption.
- Use AI in development, testing, and design workflows with appropriate validation, security, data protection, and code-quality controls.
Requirements
- Experience building full-stack solutions with .NET or ASP.NET Core, C#, React, Next.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
- Experience designing secure, resilient APIs and services, including REST APIs, microservices, domain-driven design, event-driven architecture, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Git, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, and DevSecOps practices.
- Experience with testing tools and approaches such as TDD, API testing, xUnit, NUnit, Jest, Cypress, Postman, and JMeter.
- Experience with observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
- Experience with AI engineering tools or technologies such as GitHub Copilot, Roo Code, Claude, OpenAI APIs, and LLMs.
- Ability to identify AI-related risks such as hallucinated code, vulnerabilities, and unsafe dependencies and apply robust review and validation practices.
- Strong technical leadership, architecture, mentorship, system design, API design, performance, accessibility, quality, and security skills.
