Full Stack Engineer
Thought MachineResponsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end features across web applications and backend services.
- Deliver solutions with security, performance, scalability, and user experience in mind.
- Write automated unit, integration, and acceptance tests.
- Coordinate with other engineering teams to add features in a structured and coherent way.
- Manage and debug features from testing environments through production.
- Translate customer requirements into clear plans and actionable tasks.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, and full-stack engineers in a cross-functional team.
Requirements
- Experience with React and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in developing modern web applications.
- Experience writing REST APIs and services.
- Commitment to clean, readable, detail-oriented, and properly tested code.
- Experience integrating automated tests into the development lifecycle.
- Interest in client-facing projects, including scoping requirements and defining deliverables.
- Proactive approach to learning and development.
- Desirable: knowledge of banking or finance.
- Desirable: experience with AWS or other cloud providers.
- Desirable: proficiency in Golang or Python.
- Desirable: understanding of UX and UI principles.
- Desirable: experience with Figma and UI frameworks.
- Desirable: visual design skills.
- Desirable: familiarity with SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Desirable: experience with client/server architectures, networking, or microservice architectures.
- Desirable: experience using Kubernetes.
