Base Salary
$129k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and iterate on AI-powered product concepts from prototype through production.
- Partner with Product and Design to define problems, test hypotheses, and evolve solutions based on user and business impact.
- Define and evolve architecture for emerging products and lead technical discovery for complex, cross-system initiatives.
- Establish patterns, frameworks, and guardrails that support rapid delivery, quality, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Unblock teams, manage cross-team dependencies, identify technical risks, and influence technical roadmaps.
- Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across projects and teams.
- Collaborate with Product, UX, and stakeholders to align priorities, trade-offs, and outcomes.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of software engineering experience delivering complex systems or products from concept to production.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong experience with one or more of TypeScript, Java/Kotlin, Go, or similar modern languages.
- Experience with relational databases such as Postgres and NoSQL solutions such as MongoDB.
- Experience building and shipping AI-powered features, including LLM integrations, copilots, or agent-based workflows in customer-facing applications.
- Familiarity with AI development tools and platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, or Cursor.
- Strong systems design skills and the ability to balance rapid iteration with long-term scalability.
- Experience influencing technical direction beyond the immediate team and operating effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Experience with AWS or similar cloud platforms and modern SaaS architectures.
- Strong communication, collaboration, stakeholder-alignment, and product-minded problem-solving skills.

- US base salary range of $129,000.00-$210,000.00, plus a discretionary annual bonus and restricted stock units.
