Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions for BRP’s dealer network.
- Build and enhance Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow solutions.
- Own development work from technical design through deployment.
- Develop and maintain APIs and integrations with other systems.
- Assess impacts across connected components and systems.
- Participate in technical analysis, feature estimation, code reviews, deployments, and squad activities.
- Create automated tests and improve solution performance, security, maintainability, and CI/CD practices.
- Diagnose and resolve production issues and share knowledge with the development team.
Requirements
- At least three years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, preferably in a complex enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated ability to independently deliver Salesforce features from technical design through deployment.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and the Salesforce data model.
- Understanding of Salesforce development, testing, and security practices.
- Experience with APIs, application integrations, Git, CI/CD practices, and Salesforce deployments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues involving multiple components or systems.
- Experience with Experience Cloud, SAP integrations, or a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I or another relevant certification is preferred.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above and effective communication skills for international teamwork.
